Please join me in congratulating Jack McGorry, Class of 2021 Allentown Central Catholic High School, for being the seventh Stars & Stripes Lacrosse Alumni to officially commit to play in college and the third to commit to play NCAA Division I Lacrosse. Jack will be playing for the St. Joseph’s University Hawksin the Atlantic 10 Conference in Philadelphia, PA. Jack was a founding player of the Stars & Stripes Lacrosse program and immediately became a team leader on and off the field with his gritty play and desire to win. When the game was on the line, Jack always wanted the ball in his stick, as such he instilled confidence in the team every time he led us into action. We know that Jack will be successful in college and in life, because we know the way he tackles challenges and the camaraderie he builds with those around him. Denny, Cherie, Elizabeth, and Tommy should be very proud of the leader Jack has become and we look forward to following his collegiate career with them. Go “storm the hill”, Jack! The world awaits!
