Since leaving Merrimack College, he has coached numerous High School and Youth teams in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia. He was the Head Coach for 3d Georgia 2027 and Varsity Assistant Coach for the Cherokee High School Girls Program. Adam is the Assistant Coach of the Pace Academy Varsity Boys Lacrosse Team. Also, he is founder of Summit Lacrosse Academy which helps student-athletes in the collegiate recruiting process and also runs camps and clinics.

Currently Curt and his wife Deanna run the booster program for Elizabethtown College Men’s Lacrosse where their son Colin is a student athlete.

Fred started his lacrosse career as a captain at Allentown Central Catholic High School. He then assisted Coach Kevin Fogerty while in college as a member of his staff until transferring to Kutztown University. At Kutztown, Coach Koons played close defense and LSM on a team that in two consecutive seasons played in the NCLL (National Collegiate Lacrosse League) final four and quarterfinals. Following his time at Kutztown, and a few trips to Iraq and Afghanistan, Coach Koons took a position as the defensive coordinator for Bethlehem Catholic High School’s Varsity team who had not won a game in four years. That year, BECAHI had the winningest season in school history. Since stepping down from a High School role to spend more time with his family, Coach Koons has coached or assisted at many different levels at Parkland Lacrosse and coached the defense at a lacrosse club in the Lehigh Valley. His son Jaxson is a 2030 defenseman/LSM and he is married to his wife, Amy, and has 2 other wonderful children, Emma and Maverick.
Dave has been involved with youth lacrosse since 2016. He began coaching and volunteering with Southern Lehigh Youth Lacrosse, and is a current board member. He understands the benefits of sports and providing important life lessons, teaching teamwork, resilience and making lifelong friendships. Dave and his wife, Courtney live in Coopersburg with their four children; 15, 13, 11, and 9.
Errol Wilson, a former standout goalie at Stony Brook while playing for now University of Virginia Head Coach, Lars Tiffany, brings a wealth of coaching experience to the Stars and Stripes 2030 staff. Wilson has held several key positions throughout his career, most notably at Lehigh University, where he has been instrumental since 2015.
Errol Wilson, a former standout goalie at Stony Brook while playing for now University of Virginia Head Coach, Lars Tiffany, brings a wealth of coaching experience to the Stars and Stripes 2030 staff. Wilson has held several key positions throughout his career, most notably at Lehigh University, where he has been instrumental since 2015. Initially serving as Lehigh’s defensive coordinator, Wilson transitioned to offensive coordinator in 2016, a role he previously held at Brown University. His final position at Lehigh was as Associate Head Coach under now Virginia Offensive Coordinator, Kevin Cassise.
During his tenure at Lehigh, Wilson also served as associate offensive coordinator, goalie coordinator, and camps/clinics/tournaments coordinator. In his first season with the Mountain Hawks, Wilson helped the team achieve unprecedented success, including a school-record 14 wins, a nine-game winning streak, and the highest national ranking in program history (No. 4). This season culminated in Lehigh’s first Patriot League Tournament Title and NCAA Tournament appearance. Wilson had previously led Brown to the 2009 NCAA Tournament as an assistant coach.
Wilson’s expertise in developing goalies was highlighted through his work with All-American goalie Matt Poillon, who achieved a 6.75 goals against average and a 59.7 save percentage, earning him Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year honors. Under Wilson’s guidance, the Mountain Hawks boasted the nation’s No. 2 scoring defense, with several players receiving All-Patriot League recognition. In subsequent seasons, Wilson continued to lead Lehigh to national prominence, including consecutive Patriot League titles and multiple NCAA Tournament appearances. His defensive units consistently ranked among the best in the nation, while his strategies on both sides of the ball led to standout performances from players such as Ty Souders (uncle to 2030 players Logan & Deakon) and Reid Weber.
Before his time at Lehigh, Wilson made significant contributions at Rutgers and Brown. At Rutgers, he helped the Scarlet Knights to a strong start in 2011, with the defense allowing just 8.27 goals per game. At Brown, Wilson was both offensive coordinator and goalie coach, leading the Bears to an Ivy League Championship and NCAA Tournament berth. He coached Jordan Burke, one of the nation’s top goalies, who earned First Team All-America honors and multiple player of the year awards.
Wilson, also long-time Jamaican National Team Head Coach, resides in Bethlehem with his wife Pat and their sons, Roman(2030) and Solomon.

Jonathan Edgerly has been coaching lacrosse for both boys and girls since 2003. Jonathan played at Michigan State University from 1998-2002 and was named offensive MVP for the last 3 consecutive years as a Spartan. After his playing days he went back to coach his high school alma mater from 2003-2015 as Head Varsity Boys coach in Lansing, MI. He then moved on to the college ranks to coach a year at D3 Olivet College as offensive coordinator, before transitioning to the youth levels to coach his own kids. From 2016-2024 he was the program director for youth lacrosse at Holt Public Schools in Michigan. He has been the Assistant Varsity Girls coach at Holt from 2021-present, and is also now the Head Boys Varsity Coach at Holt. He has coached from U9 to college level boys, and U12 to Varsity level girls. He prides himself on teaching the game the right way and Honoring the Game!
