Ben Clark

Please join me in congratulating Ben Clark, Class of 2021 Southern Lehigh High School, for being the 22nd Stars & Stripes Lacrosse Alumni to officially commit to play collegiate lacrosse. Ben will be playing for the Elizabethtown College Blue Jays in the NCAA Division IIILandmark Conference in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. He will be teaming up with fellow Alum, Colin Johnson, to create double Lehigh Valley trouble for their Landmark opponents. Ben was a founding player of the Stars & Stripes Lacrosse program and one of the few players who could transition seamlessly from long pole defense to short pole attack due to his strong stick skills. As one of our more reserved players, his focus and quiet intensity were unmatched. The greatest offensive moment of his Stars & Stripes career was his double OT goal against Utah Elite at the World Championships Festival to secure our place in the Sweet 16. And Ben played amazing defense to help us beat Team 91 Long Island in the Philadelphia Indoor Lacrosse Championship game, one in which we were the long shot to win. It has been great watching Ben continue to build confidence in his game over the years. Thom, Melissa, and Harrison should be very proud of Ben’s academic and athletic accomplishments and we look forward to following his collegiate career with them. “Storm the Hill”, Ben - the world awaits!
